During this class of Headache Relief Techniques, you will learn massage, stretching, seated myofascial techniques, manual lymph drainage, pressure point therapy and face reflexology points to help the client overcome the discomfort of headaches and/or sinus issues.  You will learn how to customize your session to accommodate your client's needs.  These techniques can be used on their own or added to any of your already existing sessions.
